HSLC Hours

“Please clarify: Are the doors into the HSLC kept unlocked whenever the Library is open? These doors used to be locked at 9 pm sharp (irrespective of the Library’s hours)!”

The HSLC is open (doors unlocked) the same hours as Ebling Library:

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 11:45 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:45 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:45 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:45 PM

Before or after those hours, access to the HSLC is only permitted to those with an authorized ID badge. Those hours are:

Sunday – Thursday: 11:45pm – 5:00am
Friday & Saturday: 5:45pm – 10:00am

Loud Piano

“Also quite annoying is the periodic piano paying and party/ reception noise from the Atrium. I think the something could be done at least about that piano.”

Thanks for the comment. Where we appreciate your concerns, there is little that we in Ebling Library can do about noise that originates outside of our facility. We suggest that you direct your concerns to the Health Sciences Learning Center building management.
